About Urban Legacy College & Training

Urban Legacy College & Training is the education and training arm of the Urban Legacy Group, created to upskill staff and open pathways into housing, care and community roles.

Short, focused programmes built around real work in HMOs, supported housing, community projects and care settings. Designed to fit around shifts and family life.

Referral & role knowledge

Courses that make sure staff are up to date on referral routes, safeguarding duties, professional boundaries and the knowledge they need to work confidently in their role.

Structured induction pathways for new staff and periodic refresher training so existing staff stay current on safeguarding, referrals and role knowledge.

Urban Legacy College & Training is developing a framework of recognised and sector-relevant training, with routes into CPD-accredited and formally recognised qualifications.

External recognition

The college aims to work with organisations such as CPD Certification Service, Training Qualifications UK and City & Guilds-style frameworks where appropriate.
